According to Ibrahim, his decision to dump the APC for PDP is as a result of his commitment to serve the people and ensure that promises made to the electorate were fulfilled, NAN reports. Ibrahim was the former state chairman of the defunct All Peoples Party (APP). He was also a gubernatorial aspirant under the platform of the party in 2003.
