Chelsea want to sign former Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero on a free transfer as back-up to Thibaut Courtois, Argentine journalist Cesar Luis Merlo has told TyC Sports.
Caballero has been linked with Newcastle after leaving City, but he is wanted by Chelsea boss Antonio Conte to replace Asmir Begovic, who joined Bournemouth.

Chelsea winger Bertrand Traore is a target for Lyon to replace the Fenerbahce-bound Mathieu Valbuena, according to L’Equipe.
Traore spent last season on loan at Ajax and the 21-year-old has also been linked with a move to West Ham United.
